Pen Purge is a powerful fountain pen cleaning fluid that's gentle on the pen but tough on the ink. It contains no harmful VOCs, and unlike most other fountain pen cleaning fluid, it doesn't contain ammonia either, so it's safe to use, both for your pen and for you.
Pen Purge fountain pen cleaning fluid is suitable for a quick flush and for a deep clean. Use it for a quick change of ink colour, use it for your regular maintainence clean, and use it for that forgotten gem in the back of the drawer that's clogged up and dried out beyond hope. It's economical to use and is available in a choice of both 50ml bottles and money saving 250ml bottles - this bottle is 50ml.
All fountain pens need a clean from time to time, and if you're worried about your pen, test it on a discreet area that can't be seen. It's water washable though and safe to use on almost every pen because as we've already said above, unlike other fountain pen cleaning fluids, Pen Purge does not contain ammonia.
It's effective with all makes of fountain pen ink, but it isn't suitable for Indian ink, gouache or dip pen acrylics.
