Some of the items we sell are classed as hazardous or flammable for the purposes of shipping. These include aerosols, certain wood finishes and solvents, and certain Shield rust prevention products. We refer to them in the tables below as restricted items. We are limited to certain couriers to deliver restricted items but are able to ship them to almost all corners of the UK, although unfortunately not to the Channel Islands. Nor are we able to ship them to countries outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses.
Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail, although occasionally we will send by courier, especially in the case of heavy parcels, restricted items, or at our discretion, goods of high value.
All shipping costs are clearly stated at the checkout before you commit to a purchase.
Service update - Russia: (24th February 2022 until further notice)
There are currently no carriers delivering from the UK to Russia, therefore we are unable to accept orders from customers in Russia until further notice.
