Starbond Thin CA superglue ORIGINAL FORMULA - 2oz

Starbond Thin CA ORIGINAL FORMULA superglue is a "wicking type" ethyl cyanoacrylate superglue. This watery-thin, instant adhesive is commonly used to repair cracks and hairline fractures because of its ability to easily penetrate narrow spaces. However, this ORIGINAL FORMULA Thin CA cures slower and at a lower heat than SuperFast Thin CA, and is therefore the Starbond CA of choice for finishing pens and other small lathe projects.

When Starbond altered the recipe of their Super Fast Thin CA, to make ir cure even faster, they overlooked the fact that it would produce more heat. Feedback from our customers was that it was too hot on the fingertips to use as a pen finish, and therefore Starbond have re-introduced their Original Formula specially for us. It is aimed squarely as a wood finishing product, but it can of course also be used as a normal thin CA superglue.

Available in 2oz and 16oz bottles.

Store it in the fridge, and it will keep for up to 20 months, even after opening.
